Durham Road Construction Update - for wk 25 March

We would like to inform the community of the planned construction activities on Durham Rd, Gresford, from March 23 to March 29, 2024.
Here's a breakdown of the scheduled activities:
Saturday 23rd March:
* Concrete driveways and footpath
Monday 25th March:
* Pavement stabilisation
Tuesday 26th March:
* Bitumen Seal CH25-400
Wednesday 27th March:
* Minor Works, including the removal of traffic control barriers.
Thursday 28th March:
* Minor Works, including the removal of traffic control barriers.
Friday 29th March:
* Good Friday - No construction activities.
These activities may impact residents' access to their properties. The contractor will liaise directly with affected residents throughout this period. Additional Traffic Control measures will be in place during stabilisation and sealing, temporarily restricting access to properties.
During sealing and stabilisation works, access to
Gresford Garage & Rural may be impacted. A dedicated Traffic Controller will assist with vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
Please note that construction activities are weather-sensitive, and adverse weather conditions may affect the schedule. The forecast for the upcoming week indicates clear weather initially, with the possibility of showers and rain later in the week.
