The Mayor, Councillors and Staff of Dungog Shire Council would like to wish the residents of Dungog Shire a safe and Merry Christmas, and a happy New Year!

Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and will operate normal hours at all other times over the Christmas period. |

Also closed New Year's Day and re-opening Tuesday 2 January 2024

There will be a reduced number of depot staff providing essential services throughout the Christmas/New Year Period.

A staff Christmas function will take place from 1pm to 3pm on Friday 15 December 2023. Council's Administration Centre, Waste Facility, Depot, Library and Visitor Information Centre facilities will all be closed from 12 noon on 15 December 2023 to allow staff to attend this function.
