In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, Dungog Shire Council hereby gives notice of its intention to grant a lease renewal over Council-managed Crown land, as listed below:

Proposed Lease Purpose

Management and operations of Golf Course and Golf Club.

The term of the proposed lease renewal is twenty-one (21) years.

Any person may make a written submission to Council in relation to the proposed lease. 

Submissions close - 5pm on 24 January 2025.

 

It should be noted that submissions may be reproduced in Council Reports, in court proceedings, or in accordance with the provisions of the NSW Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
