This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the lease, management and operation of the Clarence Town & Dungog Memorial Swimming Pools for a period of 5 years with two additional maximum 5 year extension options dependant on the offer and performance submitted by the successful proponent. Council seeks proponents who have the expertise to operate the facilities and possibly invest in any other complementary additional facilities in the future.
